You’ll coach staff, plan daily operations, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service in one of Canada’s premier outdoor destinations.

• Deliver safe, efficient, and memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and develop team members; manage scheduling and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain a positive, motivated workplace culture.
• Oversee scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build and retain a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with head office departments to align operations with company objectives.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate activities, events and programs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
