What You’ll Do:
  • Plan and book customized travel experiences (cruises, tours, all-inclusive packages, FITs, and more)
  • Nurture client relationships through attentive service and expert recommendations
  • Stay current on supplier offerings, travel trends, and industry best practices
  • Manage your own leads, sales pipeline, and follow-ups with integrity and care

Note: This is a commission-only role. While advisors are responsible for generating their own leads, we provide fantastic marketing platforms, professionally written templates, and access to hot leads when available. As with any independent contractor role, there are some minimal start-up costs involved, including TICO registration, training materials, and business tools. Advisors are also responsible for their own business-related expenses.

Preference will be given to candidates available to onboard during our Spring–Fall training season, when one-on-one support is at its peak.
