Job summary

Ontario Shores Centre of Mental Health Sciences seeks a Program Lead for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program. You will support operations, service improvement, and data-driven decision making across clinical and administrative teams to enhance access, client experience, and outcomes.

The role emphasizes coordinating projects, developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with partners to implement new pathways while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, business administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred.)
• Experience in healthcare operations, service improvement, program coordination, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, implementation, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Experience working in a mental health, community-based, or health care environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve client flow, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams to develop consistent workflows, tools, and practices across OSP services.
• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with OSP priorities and service goals.
• Use data and feedback to identify service gaps, monitor performance, and support improvements in care delivery.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, audit tools, and reporting processes.
• Work with teams to improve access to care, service capacity, and clinician utilization.
• Engage clients, staff, community partners, and people with lived and living experience in the development and refinement of services and processes.
• Support pilot projects, new tools, and care pathways, and evaluate outcomes to inform future implementation.
• Assist teams in implementing workplans, monitoring progress, and addressing barriers to achieving program goals.
