Job summary

HF Care in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an OSP Clinician to deliver assessments, psychotherapy, and interim support under the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program. Services may be offered by telephone, virtual, or in person, with group options and a CBT framework guiding treatment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Clinical Consultation Team, accurate records, and adherence to safety and client care standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health or mental health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering individual CBT.
• Registered in Ontario or eligible to provide psychotherapy.
• Experience with scheduling and electronic medical record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments per OSP guidelines to inform treatment.
• Provide CBT-based psychotherapy per protocols.
• Participate in Clinical Consultation meetings for fidelity.
• Treat a minimum of 5–7 clients per day depending on protocol.
• Collaborate with team to support program development and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Attend required team meetings and maintain safety standards.
