Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an Associate Program Manager in Mississauga to lead a multidisciplinary patient support team. You will supervise Reimbursement Specialists, Case Managers and Administrative staff, ensuring efficient program delivery and adherence to KPI targets.

The role emphasizes training, process improvement, cross-Canada collaboration, and escalation management while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs is strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year in people management is an asset.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of public and private reimbursement navigation and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of a team of Reimbursement Specialists, Case Managers and Administrative Assistants.
• Educate and train new team members and support staff.
• Develop and improve processes across Canada to meet program goals.
• Monitor and review KPI targets to ensure performance and quality service.
• Act as main contact for escalations and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Assist with audits and quality reviews of workflows with pharmaceutical partners and internal teams.
