The worker also supports youth experiencing mental health challenges, collaborates with parents, caregivers, schools, and community partners, responds to crisis situations when needed, and maintains accurate client records. The position is primarily community-based, with approximately 80% of work taking place in family homes and the community and 20% in the office.
