Shuswap Orthodontics in Salmon Arm, BC is seeking a Financial/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on patient scheduling, payment processing, and insurance claims while maintaining accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will balance friendly service with precise financial workflows, ensuring a positive patient experience and smooth office operations.

Competenze

• Experience as a Financial Coordinator is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent communication with patients and staff.
• Proficiency with scheduling and billing tasks.

Mansioni

• Manage patient scheduling, bookings, and daily calendar flow.
• Handle financial coordination including payments, billing, and insurance claims.
• Organize and update paperwork to collect payments.
• Enter and update financial contracts in the practice management system.
• Reconcile daily finances and monitor accounting records.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and payment arrangements.
• Provide prompt, professional communication with patients and staff.
• Support other administrative duties as needed.
