A leading consulting firm is seeking an organizational development specialist to enhance job evaluation and organizational design within a renowned petrochemical company. The role involves designing job structures, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with various teams for organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess significant experience in organization design, and demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Location : This role is based in Saudi Arabia. (Relocation assistance will be provided by the company)
Our client, a renowned refining and petrochemical company, is looking for an organizational development specialist.
Scope :
To serve as the Company’s expert on matters of organization structure, job design, job
description and job evaluation, and provide related professional advice and recommendations to the organization. Develop, maintain, and update organization structure and job architecture, including designing and redesigning jobs; conducting job analyses; developing job descriptions; and evaluating, grading, and leveling jobs using appropriate job evaluation systems. This position will report to the Superintendent of Rewards & HR Policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Six (6) years of experience in Organization Design and Job Evaluation, of which at least Two (2)
years in a similar position.
Certification in Organizational Development (strongly preferred)
Experience in the petrochemical / refining industry is a strong asset
