Mentorship Program Development Lead (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

This volunteer leadership position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program.
  • Design and oversee onboarding content and training processes for new mentors and mentees to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Strategize and optimize the digital mentorship platform by leveraging feedback and conducting rigorous testing.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to assess and enhance the mentorship curriculum.
  • Manage a team of Program Strategists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve program objectives.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, measure impact, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach of mentorship initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about mentorship and inspiring emerging adults.
  • Experience in program development, business strategy, or related fields.
  • Leadership experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and team motivation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
