Job Description

We are expanding our Calgary team and seek experienced professionals with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and hands-on experience in business processes or technology projects.

Note: You must be local to Calgary and surrounding areas and willing to work in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site). You must also be legally eligible to work in Canada (Permanent Residency or Citizenship). We do not cover relocation expenses.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Organizational Change Management Consultant with a proven track record in leading successful change initiatives within complex organizations. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop change management strategies and plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders, develop communication plans, and facilitate workshops.
  • Lead implementation, develop training programs, and monitor progress.
  • Establish metrics, conduct post-implementation reviews, and support continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior consultants, stay current with industry trends, and deliver training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
  • Prosci or recognized change management certification preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in consulting, utilities, IT, banking, or HR.
  • Experience managing large-scale change initiatives and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong strategic, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
