Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency is an asset.
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
  • Experience operating forklifts and order pickers; certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, collect, and safely transport products and materials to designated shipping and receiving areas.
  • Ensure all products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
  • Handle inventory and materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
  • Collaborate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Production teams to perform accurate daily inventory counts.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

The Role

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products in accordance with purchase orders, shipping requirements, and production schedules. This role supports inventory accuracy through the safe loading, unloading, inspection, labeling, and organization of materials. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs.(23 kg.)
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
