Job Description:

Seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo (Enterprise Edition), including Recruitment, Onboarding (Transitions), Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), Journeys, Autocomplete, Redwood, Checklists, Security, Global HR (Core), Profile Management, Talent Management (Goals and Performance Management), Workforce Structures, and related modules.

Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding inter-module functionalities within Fusion HCM and Taleo, leading migrations to production after configuration and testing.
2. Analyzing client’s existing Recruitment and Onboarding systems and processes.
3. Mapping complex business requirements to Taleo and HCM Cloud solutions.
4. Implementing continuous service improvements, system enhancements, and defect resolutions.
5. Leading quarterly upgrades for Taleo and HCM, including reviewing new features, developing test scripts, coordinating testing resources, managing defects, and drafting communication plans.
6. Providing global support to ensure uninterrupted business operations across stores, offices, and distribution centers, ensuring timely hiring and payments.
7. Maintaining and troubleshooting errors on Taleo-HCM TCC interfaces.
8. Configuring modules across different environments (Staging, Test, Production).
9. Conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions to identify requirements gaps and enhance user experience.
