Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Testing Manager and Engineer include providing an Automated Testing Service that involves gathering requirements, defining test strategies, developing and configuring tests, executing them, and reporting results.

This role involves implementing automated testing for ERPs such as Oracle EBusiness, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, S/4HANA, etc., using tools like AccelQ.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with test service customer management and SMEs to gather testing requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Manage testing platform including user provisioning, security, connection agents, and role-based configuration.
• Create and maintain tests, test steps, jobs, etc.
• Configure integrations with third-party systems like Jira, Git, CI/CD tools.
• Plan, design, and execute automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security across ERP modules.

Additional Responsibilities:

Testing Engineer:

• Participate in requirements gathering for automated testing.
• Create and maintain test scripts and schedules.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers in creating test scripts.
• Create reports or dashboards for test results.
• Ensure connectivity of cloud testing platforms.

Testing Manager:

• Gather requirements with customer management and SMEs.
• Design and implement best practices for platform security and environment separation.
• Coordinate and prioritize test services per customer needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in automated testing, especially with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ERP business processes such as Financial, HCM, CRM, and Logistics.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation solutions.
• Experience with ERP automated testing platforms.
