Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant-131868BR

Location: Calgary / Mississauga - Onsite

Full-Time Role

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate. This role may require travel.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Compensation Management Cloud and full implementation cycle of Compensation Management on Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud and full implementation cycle of Recruitment on Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations as a Functional Lead/Architect in Oracle Compensation Management Cloud and/or Oracle Recruitment Cloud in North America.
• Deep understanding of Compensation Management and Recruitment rules and their interaction with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in migrating HCM systems from legacy platforms to Oracle Compensation Management Cloud or Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• Experience working with global teams and users.
• Ability to lead requirement sessions, understand Compensation Management requirements, and translate them into design and fit-gap analysis on Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Main point of contact for functional requirements, design mapping, and solution development on Oracle Compensation Management Cloud or ORC.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and review technical designs.
• Support development, testing, and deployment phases, including validation of solutions during SIT, UAT, and Go Live.
• Architect should preferably be based in North America.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience with Oracle Compensation Management Cloud and/or Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
