Job Description:

Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules in Agile mode. This role involves leading discussions on design and development of components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Payroll, OTL, and Absence.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 8 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship available from Infosys.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules – Payroll, OTL, and Absence
• Experience with Oracle Global HR Cloud for US
• Knowledge of Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode
• Experience in a global delivery environment
• Full SDLC lifecycle knowledge
• Experience with Lean / Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of implementation and support experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Proficiency in Payroll, OTL, and Absence processes
• Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports
• Knowledge of HCM technical tools: HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Team management experience of 5+ members is a plus
