Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a Manager of HCM Operations Support to oversee Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems. You will lead incident management, production support, and vendor communications to ensure system availability and compliance across our multi-site campuses.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners, guiding the team through escalations and continuous improvement of service delivery. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

6+ years of information systems experience supporting Oracle HCM applications, with leadership exposure.
Strong background in operational support, incident management, service delivery, and production support.
Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and related processes.
Experience in multi-module Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external providers.
Experience in seniors housing/healthcare or multi-site enterprises is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead day-to-day operational support of Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems to ensure availability and stability.
Manage production support activities including incidents, break-fix, service requests, user support, and escalations.
Act as primary escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with internal teams, Oracle, and vendors.
Ensure all support activities are tracked through the ticketing system and provide reporting visibility.
Oversee workload, priorities, and service levels for consistent support delivery.
Conduct root-cause analysis to reduce repeating issues and improve stability.
