Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Lead for Canada with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM expertise. You will lead Core HR configuration, lifecycle processes, and end-to-end implementations across the organization.

This role emphasizes requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver robust HR solutions. Occasional travel within Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR configuration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with workflows, security, data migration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR / Global HR configuration and implementation.
• Configure enterprise and workforce structures (legal employers, business units, departments, jobs, positions, grades, locations).
• Configure and support employee lifecycle processes (hires, transfers, promotions, assignments, terminations).
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support workflows, security, integrations, data migration, and reporting for Core HR.
• Work closely with other HCM workstreams to support end-to-end HR processes.
