Job summary

Vogue Optical is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced retail optical environment in Canada. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused setting and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.

You will greet customers, book appointments, perform daily close-outs and prepare cash deposits, manage accounts receivable, and process incoming merchandise including returns. Training will be provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• Motivated with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to follow company procedures and policies.
• 37 1/2 hrs week.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Book appointments for customers
• Perform daily close-outs and prepare cash deposits
• Manage accounts receivable
• Receive and process incoming merchandise, including returns
• Handle third-party billing
• Perform all other duties as required
