Job description

Seeking experienced bilingual procurement professionals to support high-impact environmental closure projects in the mining industry. Based in Montréal with a hybrid schedule, this role focuses on tactical sourcing, supplier onboarding, and data analysis using SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities :

• Support Project Procurement Managers (PPMs) in tender processes and sourcing events.
• Manage supplier creation and onboarding processes using SAP, Ariba, and TPDD.
• Assist with RFx documentation and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports on procurement activities and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve procurement dashboards and tracking tools.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and enhancement of digital tools using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement standards and policies.

What you will need to succeed :

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, project support, or data analysis.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (strong asset).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and French is essential for communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing documentation, and supporting procurement activities across multilingual regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
