THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to keep supporting our ambitious growth. Your innovative approach and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment will be key for building diverse and highly skilled teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit top IT talents across Canada;
• Collaborate with internal teams to define appropriate talent needs and priorities to develop tactics to support our growth;
• Build and maintain strong talent pools, particularly for our ServiceNow delivery center;
• Contribute to continuously improving our processes, including automation and artificial intelligence tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, particularly in IT;
• Excellent understanding and interest in the IT market and current recruitment trends;
• Comfortable working proactively and independently on future roles, developing network through direct approaches, attending events and being active on social media;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop trust-based relationships, at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to get things done, roll up your sleeves and adapt to a constantly changing environment;
• Bilingualism French-English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in recruiting in Cloud or ServiceNow technologies;
• Agency experience and/or high-volume recruiting.
