Job description

Night shift position (7pm - 7am, D crew)

Operates forming lines, printers, and scoring machines. Ensures operations align with the Quality System and customer specifications. Assists with material handling as needed.

1. Troubleshoots and corrects machine issues
2. Coordinates the work team on assigned lines
3. Ensures quality requirements are met
4. Follows work instructions for all tasks
5. Maintains effective communication within the team and department
6. Controls production as per instructions
7. Responsible for food safety
8. Assists supervisor with material handling
9. Works 12-hour shifts standing on concrete
10. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
11. Periodically ascends steps throughout the day
12. Works in heat conditions
13. Follows plant safety policies and procedures
14. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Successful completion of all training modules for Operator Assistant.

Skills: Additional training will be provided as needed.
