This is a frontline supervisor position supporting the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture. The role involves managing daily sort operations and Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station. Responsibilities include leading employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of service failures within the station sort function. The supervisor oversees all CH functions, including work activity direction, employee mentoring, coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.
