GardaWorld in Halifax, Nova Scotia is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of on-site guards, ensuring security operations run smoothly and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, multi-shift environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of $21, ongoing GardaWorld Academy training, a permanent Monday–Friday schedule, uniform provided, and clear opportunities for career advancement within a global security leader.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in security and team management.
• First aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
