Job summary

GardaWorld in Toronto is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site guards, manage daily schedules, and ensure adherence to instructions. You will coordinate shift coverage, issue access cards, and complete daily and incident reports as part of a dynamic security team.

The role offers training through the GardaWorld Academy, permanent positions with a Monday–Friday 0700–1500 schedule, and opportunities for career advancement. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and team management.
• WSIB approved First aid certification
• Minimum high school diploma
• Hold a valid Ontario security license

Responsibilities
