Waste Connections of Canada is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily collection routes and a transfer station, ensuring safe and efficient performance by drivers. You will conduct driver observations, safety meetings, and enforce policy compliance while meeting safety, customer service, growth, sales and financial targets.
In this role you will plan schedules, recruit and train staff, oversee audits, and manage incidents with root cause analysis.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role within our Collections business unit, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of our drivers. Your responsibilities will include conducting driver observations, leading monthly safety meetings, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that safety, compliance, customer service, growth, sales, and financial targets are consistently met.
Monday to Friday starting at 5 a.m., approximately 10 h per day.
