Job summary

Waste Connections of Canada is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to coordinate driver routes, update schedules, and handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 2 years of dispatch/logistics experience, proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office, and a commitment to safety and service quality. Mon-Fri, competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
• Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
• Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
• Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
• Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
