Job summary

AppDirect, Inc is seeking an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations for strategic programs within the Support Operations team in Montreal. You will partner with outsourced partners and internal teams, analyze data with Excel, and help launch programs from concept to optimization while aiming to improve efficiency and cost management.

Responsibilities

Work with outsourced partners and internal teams to meet top operational standards.
Use Devs.ai or similar tools to design efficiency-boosting solutions.
Analyze productivity and create reports for stakeholders, with strong Excel use.
Support program launches from concept to optimization.
Contribute to strategic planning to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Review forecasting and labor processes; advise on cost-effective resource use.
Analyze KPIs; test hypotheses affecting program delivery.
Collaborate with Quality to deliver exceptional customer support.
