In this role, you will be responsible for the initial profitability analysis, implementation, and administration of contracts supporting UCAN Technical Services in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
You will play a crucial role in implementing service contract strategies and tactics. You should possess a strong grasp of contract review and implementation, and the ability to think critically. You will collaborate with Service leaders and Legal teams to analyze and finalize customer service contracts, administer the contract, and support partner relationships through business reviews with service partners.
