Key Responsibilities:

    • Support program operations by scheduling buses and responding to breakdowns or incidents.
  • Facility Management:
    • Ensure CityKidz facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained by working with service providers and contractors.
    • Oversee routine facility inspections, regulatory compliance, and maintenance planning.
    • Facilitate improvements and ensure emergency procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Volunteer and Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Engage and facilitate work with volunteers, landlords, and contractors to achieve operational goals.
    • Ensure maintenance schedules are prioritized to align with program needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Track expenditures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Prepare and submit maintenance reports, inspections, and expense reports regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting our mission.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Logistics, or a Trades Certificate in Construction, or equivalent proven experience.
  • Health and Safety Certification (OHSA).
  • Working at Heights Certification.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance with volunteers and service providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a faith-based environment.
  • Budget management and procurement experience.
  • Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Valid Class G driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • B or C class driver's license an asset.

Why Join CityKidz?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven team that is transforming the lives of children in our community.
  • Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work culture where your efforts directly impact the community.
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development in a meaningful career.
  • Flexible work environment with occasional evening/weekend work to support events.

If you’re ready to use your skills to make an impact in our community, we’d love to hear from you!
