Job description

We are a leading Ecommerce / DTC brand in the Health & Wellness sector, dedicated to empowering individuals through natural solutions. We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in operations leadership within high-growth DTC brands. The position is available for 30-40 hours per week, with a focus on English-speaking candidates. Payment will be retainer-based and negotiated directly with the client during the interview. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated upon directly with the client in the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate operations to allow founders to focus on creative direction and brand growth.
  • Build an efficient operations infrastructure that supports scale across logistics, CX, inventory, finance, and HR.
  • Launch new products seamlessly, ensuring processes for inventory, timelines, suppliers, and marketing coordination are in place.
  • Introduce and lead a company-wide management training framework.
  • Design systems and dashboards for tracking company performance metrics.
  • Establish a lightweight but effective cadence of internal reporting and accountability across functions.
  • Act as the operational “glue” between founders, bridging different working styles and reducing internal friction.
  • Manage weekly inventory, supplier communication, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Approve and improve SOPs for fulfillment, customer service, and HR.
  • Report company KPIs to founders weekly and quarterly.

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Proven track record in operations leadership at high-growth DTC or wellness brands.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing training systems.
  • High emotional intelligence; able to manage founder dynamics with empathy and clarity.
  • Adaptable to change and thrives in ambiguity.
  • Takes initiative without waiting to be asked.

  • Natural systems builder with a strong eye for detail and structure.
  • Strong communicator who works collaboratively with founder vision.
  • Operates fast and proactively—speed over perfection.

We’re not looking for a corporate “boss” or someone who wants to rewire the company from the top down. We want a partner, someone who respects the unique way we run the brand, and brings clarity, rigour and leadership without friction. You’ll need to be flexible enough to work with two different founder personalities, and confident enough to take charge without needing constant direction. You’ll lead by example, not by control.

Salary Range

Monthly salary will be discussed during the interview process, based on experience and qualifications.
