Job summary

Inland Steel Products Saskatoon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead on-site teams, drive safety, efficiency, and quality across daily production, shipping, and maintenance, and support the company’s growth and success.

You will coach staff, optimize processes, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and collaborate with suppliers and customers to sustain continuous improvement, cost control, and a culture of teamwork.

  • Equipment Coordinator: Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs to keep assets running efficiently.

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
