Job summary

You will lead the operational team, collaborate with support functions to optimise performance and drive Lean initiatives, problem solving and continuous improvement across the production flow.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience with high-volume, customer-driven production schedules.

• Lead site-wide manufacturing operations ensuring production plans and customer demand are achieved.
• Own SQDCP performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People while monitoring KPIs, productivity, OEE, downtime, scrap and rework.
• Provide operational leadership, managing Production Managers, Supervisors and wider teams while building accountability, engagement, capability and succession
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, structured problem solving, waste reduction, standardisation and improvements to production flow and efficiency.
