Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Laval, Montreal, Lanaudière (Québec). The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily floor operations, overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff, maintaining quality control, and implementing company policies. The role includes managing budgets, inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. The Operations Manager will also drive sales goals and maintain health and safety standards.

The company is open to training and providing opportunities to candidates who have less than 2 years of experience in the fast food industry.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast food environment like Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc.
• Management experience in a fast food environment for more than 2 years (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, etc.)
• Experience as a manager in a fast food environment for more than 1 year
• Operational management, budgeting, and inventory management skills
• Staff management and leadership experience
• Customer service skills and knowledge of quality control
• Health and safety standards, policy implementation, and compliance skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
