A Day in The Life:

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to streamline processes, automate workflows using no-code AI, and maintain profitability through proactive budget management. You'll identify and negotiate cost savings, handle vendor relations, and analyze departmental budgets to meet our profit-margin targets. You will coach and direct our Associate Operations Manager to drive results and KPIs of the Operations department. This role also involves managing and coaching the head of each department (HR, sales, support, consulting, DevOps) to make sure they are moving forward in line with our priorities including being on time for quarterly deliverable and hitting or exceeding their critical numbers. The ideal candidate has proven success managing a team of 40+ headed by each department head, automating operations, managing budgets, and driving measurable efficiencies. This role is not for someone who wants to coast or looking for a 9 to 5 job. We expect results and don’t give credit to effort or intentions, only results. What You Will Do:

  • Manage department heads to achieve quarterly company-wide objectives.
  • Act as backup and support for HR, Support, Sales, and Consulting managers as needed.
  • Understand key responsibilities across departments to provide strategic support seamlessly when required
Process & Budget Management:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, or service providers to manage expenses effectively.
AI & Automation Efficiency:
  • Develop and maintain budget frameworks to automate expense management.
  • Leverage no-code or AI tools (e.g., no-code AI tools, automation apps) to optimize operational workflows.
Financial Analysis & Profitability:
  • Track departmental budgets against revenue targets, clearly identify variances, and proactively maintain required profit margins.
  • Analyze monthly budgets, flag items over budget and present actionable recommendations to correct course.
KPI & Performance Management:
  • Regularly monitor and manage departmental KPIs, ensuring the achievement of key operational and financial metrics.
  • Manage and coach HR and Operations associate managers to produce quarterly KPI results

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team of 40+, with emphasis on management and leadership of department heads
  • Demonstrated experience managing company budgets, cost control, financial analysis, and profit-margin management.
  • Proven success in identifying cost-reduction opportunities, negotiating with vendors, and managing budget optimization.
  • Proven success in cost-reduction through automation.
  • Strong understanding and previous hands-on experience with HR, Support, Sales, and Consulting departmental operations.
  • Comfortable learning and using no-code AI automation or similar productivity tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to deliver measurable results.
