A Day in The Life:
We’re hiring a Director of Operations to streamline processes, automate workflows using no-code AI, and maintain profitability through proactive budget management. You'll identify and negotiate cost savings, handle vendor relations, and analyze departmental budgets to meet our profit-margin targets. You will coach and direct our Associate Operations Manager to drive results and KPIs of the Operations department. This role also involves managing and coaching the head of each department (HR, sales, support, consulting, DevOps) to make sure they are moving forward in line with our priorities including being on time for quarterly deliverable and hitting or exceeding their critical numbers. The ideal candidate has proven success managing a team of 40+ headed by each department head, automating operations, managing budgets, and driving measurable efficiencies. Join us if you love solving complex operational challenges through innovation, automation, and strategic thinking. The role reports directly to BeMo’s CEO. This role is not for someone who wants to coast or looking for a 9 to 5 job. We expect results and don’t give credit to effort or intentions, only results. This means you may have to work evenings and weekends—whatever it takes to get the job done at times.
