A Proudfoot Delivery Lead is an artist, a scientist, and a statesman. This role provides the opportunity to take your body of work in industry and/or consulting and apply it all to drive extraordinary results and outcomes. The Delivery Lead role is a critical leadership role; directly engaging and leading client and engagement teams, coaching, developing, and mentoring the team members on those engagements to ensure our teams consistently deliver engagement goals and projected benefits.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify value creation opportunities for clients.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client C-suite executives to lead clients through a transformation journey.
  • Deliver the identified outcomes to the client, fulfilling the Proudfoot value proposition.
  • Coach and support Client Leadership to achieve engagement objectives on time and on budget.
  • Lead Engagement Leaders and team members to ensure execution of Proudfoot engagement processes.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, operations management, supply chain, engineering, logistics, program management, business, or relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant business leadership experience including 5+ years of consulting services.

Skills, Experience, And Abilities

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
  • Leadership of business performance improvement, re-engineering, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills with a result orientation.
  • Proven project management skills in large scale performance improvement consulting.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team and the client to act with a sense of urgency.
