Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in operational support, project coordination, or supply chain administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP/CRM or project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Manage daily order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.
Serve as a point of contact between departments and assist with flow of information.
Manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for operations projects.
Maintain operational records, including supply chain data, vendor information, and internal reports.
Track KPIs and prepare reports for management.
Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for increased efficiency.
Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Ensure all operational tasks comply with company policies and procedures.
