Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/operations management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in themed entertainment, attractions, hospitality or tourism.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution across all facets of the Flyover attraction, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand standards, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Drive a culture of excellence and accountability among frontline teams and supervisors through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Champion guest experience service standards, refining operational workflows and identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Optimize workforce planning with scheduling, forecasting, and real-time floor management to balance labor and service quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, retail, and F&B teams to deliver seamless experiences and drive revenue opportunities.
• Use data to evaluate KPIs, improve throughput, and elevate operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction scores.
• Lead frontline recruitment, onboarding, and development to build a high-performing, guest-focused team.
