The Director will drive warehouse organization, production planning, inventory control, and load scheduling, while mentoring staff, optimizing safety, and ensuring 100% on-time order

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse and production operations.
• Ability to develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to mentor and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first culture with forklift/pedestrian safety.
• Drive on-time order fulfillment with zero quality complaints.
• Develop employees through training and cross-department collaboration.
• Own purchasing, warehouse, and inventory control.
• Oversee shop production, capacity planning, and layout.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and service.
• Develop SOPs and training for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate service agreements and industry partnerships.
• Ensure timely picking, loading, and shipping.
• Other duties as assigned.
