• Experience in operations leadership within manufacturing/warehousing.

• Experience with inventory control and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Winnipeg operations in partnership with Sales Director.
• Grow and develop the team and customer offerings in door and millwork.
• Maintain safety culture and on-time order fulfillment with quality control.
• Develop SOPs and training for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Oversee purchasing, warehouse, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen customer relationships and service.
