Job summary

Kith Vancouver is seeking an Operations Lead to support the Operations Manager. You will supervise merchandise handling, train stock associates, maintain an organized stockroom, and oversee replenishment while coordinating with Warehouse and HQ.

This full-time on-site role requires flexible availability, strong leadership, and hands-on involvement with shipping, receiving, and back-of-house tasks to ensure efficient retail operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a customer facing role.
• 1+ year in a retail environment.
• 1+ year in an apparel operations role.

Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of all shipment receiving and processing procedures.
• Ensures adept product is neatly organized and placed in the stock room.
• Performs audit and transfers of damaged and defective merchandise, complete re-tickets, and phone orders.
• Tracks productivity and ensures that the team is meeting the standards and efficiency set by upper management.
• Ensures all delivery information is recorded and accurately reported.
• Communicates daily goals and priorities to support associates, redirects activities as necessary to achieve results.
• Manages shipment supplies and fixtures and communicates needs to the leadership team.
• Ensures the stockroom is neat, clean, and organized.
• Influences employees to support an operationally efficient and effective process driven environment.
• Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.
• Participates and assists in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
• Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives, as needed.

Availability

• Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.


• Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require.

Experience

• 6+ months in a customer facing role.


• 1+ year in a retail environment.


• 1+ year in an apparel operations role.
