Job summary

IoTKinect Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-driven Operations & Inventory Coordinator in Victoria, BC, to own order processing, inventory integrity, software administration, and executive support.

This front-desk role anchors workflows, protects revenue, and keeps the sales team responsive. You will handle processing, pricing, and inventory data, coordinate with Sales for quotes, manage software configurations, and support receiving and travel bookings for executives.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort with learning and administering business software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and balance pricing/system work with front-desk responsiveness.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, couriers, vendors and internal teams.
• Experience with order processing, quoting, or POS systems; prior inventory/system administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and POS requests accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales on quotes with same-day turnaround for standard items.
• Maintain item master data, costs and sale pricing; execute price updates.
• Run weekly pricing audits and maintain a change log with a reviewer in Sales Ops or Finance.
• Own configuration and maintenance for inventory/order software; escalate issues to IT and vendors.
• Coordinate with Receiver for hardware receiving into inventory when gaps occur.
• Book travel for the CEO and VP; greet couriers and triage inquiries at front desk.
