360° PAINTING is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our growing local team in Round Hill, Alberta. You will guide daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing full-time staff and subcontractors.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on project oversight, with a focus on developing our people, delivering on KPIs, and upholding the company’s values.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Willing to work weekly hours and some weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of full-time staff and subcontractors.
• Execute the company’s marketing and sales plan.
• Diligent customer follow-up and communication.
• Manage existing accounts and establish new ones through planning and daily outreach.
• Create customized onsite project estimates with clear parameters.
• Oversee projects, scheduling, and customer satisfaction to completion.
• Meet sales and production targets and KPI timelines.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
