About the Role:

The Operations & Executive Support Coordinator supports cross-functional departments through a mix of administrative, sales, and executive support tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, CRM maintenance, marketplace analysis, order tracking, and direct support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace pricing across platforms.
  • Provide sales support, including CRM updates, quoting, and order tracking.
  • Handle data entry with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Deliver executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret marketplace pricing and trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and adaptable, willing to learn and support cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, including calendar management and travel coordination, is an asset.
