Job summary

REIC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to be the heartbeat of shop-keeping, tracking equipment, paperwork, and ensuring rentals run smoothly from pick-up to delivery. You will partner with operations, fleet, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment and help keep customers happy and our fleet in good shape.

• Customer-focused and safety-minded operations or administrative professional with 3–5 years in admin, rental coordination, or customer service.
• Tech-savvy with solid organizational skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• People-oriented with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master tracker for rental assets, customer info, fleet status, contracts and paperwork.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and logistics from local and cross-border shipments.
• Assist with billing and invoicing accuracy and completeness.
• Engage suppliers and set up purchase orders to ensure parts and equipment availability.
• Keep equipment visibility updated in GeoForce GPS system.
