Healthy Planet is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate invoicing, provide administrative support, and coordinate across departments to keep operations running smoothly. The role focuses on financial documentation, store logistics, and collaboration with leadership, warehouse teams, and head office.

You will help maintain process accuracy, support meetings and events, and contribute to a positive customer and team experience within a wellness-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail administration, invoicing, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, in person, or email and direct as needed.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and internal docs.
• Support planning and execution of storewide meetings and projects.
• Coordinate store orders and deliveries with vendors and other Healthy Planet stores.
• Monitor order-related communications and respond professionally.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards.
• Assist with loss prevention activities as required.
