Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate to support unloading, sorting, and processing packages in a fast-paced environment.

You will verify freight against manifests, assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory, and help maintain safety and accuracy across warehouse operations. Training and mentorship are provided to new hires. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Print labels and prepare required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations.
• Support and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Support and maintenance warehouse systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle customer pickups and front desk assistance to customer.
• Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Escalate special cases to management when needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Train and mentor new employees.
