Reporting to the Director of Retirement Communities, the Operations Assistant, Retirement and Long-Term Care Operations provides primary comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Retirement Communities division. The role supports lodge operations, divisional meetings, quality tracking, contracts, regulatory documentation, development and capital projects, onboarding, conferences and operational resources to help the division operate consistently and support its lodges effectively. The role provides secondary administrative and coordination support to the Long-Term Care Operations division. The role supports divisional leadership, home-facing processes, regulatory and operational reporting, contracts, meetings, surveys, records, onboarding and quality/compliance activities to help the division and its homes operate consistently and meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
