Job summary

The Bullpen in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Director of Operations to design the operating system that will scale the business from 30 to 60–90 employees and beyond. You will align leadership, create visibility, and ensure accountability for results, reporting to the Founder and CEO.

This role focuses on building repeatable processes, scorecards and capacity plans to sustain growth while preserving speed and culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or related role, including 3+ years leading or developing managers.
• Experience managing and developing new managers.
• Proven track record scaling a people-intensive business toward 100+ employees.
• Direct ownership of client delivery, success, workforce planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build and run weekly and monthly operating cadence across delivery, success, hiring, capacity and leadership.
• Turn company priorities into owners, deadlines, scorecards and follow-through.
• Create a single view of client health, rep performance, delivery risk and forecast.
• Build scorecards to show leadership which teams need intervention.
• Standardize critical workflows: onboarding, campaign launch, reporting, escalation and performance management.
