Job description

Our client, a leading financial institution inMontréal, QC,is looking for an Operations Agent to operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

  • Handle and prepare mailouts
  • Batch and scan documents
  • Key in paper documents using templates at the required speed and accuracy (UPS).
  • Cross-train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice).
  • Call clients and send emails, Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Microsoft expertise in Excel and Word
  • Understanding of online systems and bank Systems
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour
  • Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
