Job description

The person must live near one of the caisse's service centers, with the exception of the GTA.

The incumbent carries out various operational activities related to processes associated with caisse products and services. He or she carries out supplemental transactions resulting from the transfer of activities to the various affected Desjardins components. Specifically, the responsibilities include:

  1. Processing and reconciling reports and requests across all caisse sectors, such as Shared Services Centre reports, clearing, direct deposits and withdrawals, adjustments, monitoring authorized transits, overdrawn and inactive accounts, dividends, out-of-balance Trust, guarantee agendas, collection items, and discharges. Follow-up activities with members and customers are performed as needed.
  2. Inputting, validating, and saving data in the system.
  3. Coordinating with relevant Desjardins components (e.g., Shared Services Centre, AccèsD Contact Centre, Business Centre, Student Service Centre). Processing transaction notices and following up with members and customers according to established procedures.
  4. Performing search requests and organizing the information requested.
  5. Managing filing and document storage activities, including purging, in compliance with current practices and regulations.
  6. Taking transactional, convenience, and informational calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre when required. Proposing customized solutions to ensure member and customer satisfaction.
  7. Completing activities promptly and according to quality standards.
  8. Maintaining transaction and operation security in line with policies and standards.
